Woody's Music Rock Hill History

For over three decades, Woody's Music has been a cornerstone of the local music scene, evolving from its original location on Charlotte Avenue in Rock Hill, where it first opened in the early 1990s. Recognizing the growing needs of musicians in the region, Woody's Music significantly expanded in September 2017, tripling its size with a move to a larger space on Cherry Road in Rock Hill. This expansion allowed us to showcase an even wider selection of top-quality musical instruments and accessories, serving not only Rock Hill but also the communities of Fort Mill, Indian Land, and even Charlotte. 

The Rock Hill store closed on Saturday, May 30th, 2026. You can shop our Reverb store online and The Tega Cay remains open and ready to serve it's customers.
